My_HOA10.1.1 - App Store

The Community Association Management - My HOA Homeowner and Board App is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your community association*. You will be able to make payments, view your account, and access community information all in one place.

If you already have a login to your association website, you can login to the App using the same email address and password you use for your association website. If you do not have a current login to your association site, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log into your account directly from this app.

If you already have a login and do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address to request a password reset and you will receive an email with a link to set your password. Once set, you can login with your email address and new password.

Once logged in, Homeowners will have direct access to the following features:

Pay Assessments

Access compliance violations - add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to violation
Submit ARC Requests and include pictures and attachments (pictures can be taken from mobile device)

Submit work orders and check on status of their work orders (add comments and take pictures from mobile device)

This update improves the app’s performance and lays the groundwork for many new features and enhancements releasing over the next year.

In addition, version 7.11 includes numerous bug fixes and the following enhancements:

• You can now log in with Touch/Face ID. You will be prompted to enable this upon logging in after the update. The biometrics settings can be managed on the Login Preferences screen under My Profile.
• Added Owner/Tenant options to the Registration screen.
• The main menu can now be accessed from a menu button in the bottom right. Previously it was accessed from a hamburger menu in the top left.
• Preferences settings on the My Profile screen.

• You can now select to view a homeowner’s future balance, as well as current balance, from the homeowner dashboard, if available.

• Address on the My Profile screen now appears on multiple lines, making it easier to see unit numbers and long addresses.
• Added a character counter on text fields for notes.
• Removed the trash can and edit icons from the Recurring Payments screen. You can now tap into a recurring payment to edit or delete it.
• Added text wrapping to the Details field for the Contact Us screen so that all text remains visible without the need to scroll.
